They should work out at roughly the same cost as gas central heating and give off terrific heat.

There is a cupboard in the corner of the room which houses the electric cylinder and has storage space to the side and above it. 
There is a timer for the cylinder, which is only needed for the sinks.

The bedroom is also a good sized room of approximately 12' 6" by 10' 6" with a double and a single window looking over the road. 
There is a large 4 door fitted wardrobe in the room with plenty of hanging space and shelving.

There are curtains and nets in the lounge and bedroom.  You can put your own curtains and nets up to your choice. 
Just put the others in the airing cupboard for safe keeping.



The kitchen is approximately 11' 6" by 7' 9" with 2 single windows looking over the car park to the side of the building. 
There are modern kitchen units and worktops with fittings for a washing machine and a cooker already connected. 
There is space for a fridge freezer.

The flat is painted in cream throughout and carpeted in the bedroom and lounge with tiles in the kitchen and bathroom.

The bathroom consists of a corner electric shower with a sink and pedestal basin. It is tiled on the walls and floor.
